Returns & Exchanges

At spent flora we want you to love your gown and feel like the most gorgeous version of yourself in it! If this isn’t happening, please contact me to arrange a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be arranged in advance via email and shipping will be at the buyer’s cost. Shipping will be assessed at $10 for exchanges. Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are generally processed the first business day after a returned item is received back. However! This is the tiniest of businesses (currently just me) so please allow up to 30 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed in the event of illness or time off. I will communicate the expected timeframe when we arrange the return.
